About the job
- As a senior physician, you take on the specialist medical leadership of the low-threshold day clinic.
- With a part-time workload, you additionally take on the psychiatric and psychotherapeutic assessments, treatments and consultations of patients as well as relatives in the outpatient clinic.
- You accompany patients in acute and chronic life situations.
- In your varied daily work, you participate in handovers, case discussions and training sessions and maintain close communication with the rest of the treatment team.
- With the support of our service-oriented secretariat, you plan therapies, record services and coordinate treatment.
- You conceptually further develop the treatment offerings of Psychiatry St.Gallen in Sargans.
- You maintain an appreciative and respectful recovery-oriented attitude.
- You are a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy.
- Ideally, you have leadership experience and a professional practice licence from the canton of St.Gallen or meet the necessary requirements to obtain it before starting the position.
- Your interest lies in outpatient, interdisciplinary treatment oriented to the needs of patients and relatives.
- You are committed, value contact with patients and enjoy working in a team.
- Flexibility, team spirit, administration, communication skills and continuous development are among your strengths.
- Independent working, taking responsibility and making confident decisions are self-evident for you.
- For this position, German language skills at C1 level are required to communicate professionally with patients, colleagues and external partners.
