At the Crisis Intervention Unit of the University Psychiatric Centre Bern, you help adults in acute psychological emergencies to regain stability and orientation. At the UPZ location at the Inselspital, we offer specialised care services for adults in psychosocial crises.
In this dynamic environment, you take on responsibility, initiate impulses, and help shape a ward where quick decisions, professional excellence, and human closeness are equally required. Your tasks
- You care for and support people in acute crises in an acute psychiatric setting
- You take responsibility and coordinate nursing, educational, and therapeutic treatments to individually promote and support patients
- You lead milieu-therapeutic activities and groups
- You participate in projects for quality promotion and assurance
- You actively contribute to preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
Your profile
- You hold a diploma as a nursing specialist FH / HF and ideally already have experience working with mentally ill people
- You enjoy interdisciplinary work and have a high level of social and personal competence
- You accompany people in acute crises willingly and conscientiously and remain calm even in hectic situations
- You are motivated to contribute to a dynamic environment and to develop professionally
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
