Professionally high-quality care and nursing of our emergency patients of all age groups (including paediatric)
You are responsible for the physical and psychological well-being as well as the safety of the patients
You will learn the initial care of critically ill or injured patients
You will acquire skills in triaging emergency patients according to ESI and will take on the role of shift leader of the emergency centre when appropriate
Maintaining electronic patient documentation

Diploma in nursing at tertiary level (HF or FH) or recognised foreign nursing diploma
At least 1 year of professional experience in the acute care sector of a Swiss hospital
Resilience, a flair for technical matters and autonomous ability to act
Strong personal and social skills as well as motivated learning behaviour and perseverance

Individual and learning-promoting support and guidance, theoretical lessons at the Bern Nursing Education Centre in Bern, as well as further lessons at SRO AG (in the form of learning-transfer training, clinical teaching, AIN simulation training and emergency-specific Mega Code training)
Internships in our cooperating hospitals (in the university emergency centre of Inselspital Bern and in the emergency centre for children and adolescents at Inselspital Bern)
Insight internships in anaesthesia, intensive care unit and the rescue service of SRO AG
