Carpenter with Leadership Experience and Technical Understanding
Tasks
- Independently controlling, operating and monitoring the sawing line as well as the production facilities
- Coordinating the team including deployment planning and work organisation
- Monitoring plant performance, availability, product quality and adherence to delivery deadlines
- Active support in troubleshooting, optimisations, revisions and maintenance work
- Supporting and representing the production manager in leadership tasks
Requirements
- Craftsmanship skills with technical understanding of modern machines
- Basic knowledge in the wood industry, mechanics or electrical engineering is an advantage
- Independent and solution-oriented working with willingness to actively think along
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office and motivation for continuous development
