The Care Financing Accounting Office is responsible for processing and paying care costs and acts as an interface between service providers and the municipality. The motivated team of the Society Department of the Social Department looks forward to your energetic support from mid-August 2026 or by arrangement, fixed-term until 31 December 2028.Your Tasks
- Checking invoices from nursing homes, Spitex organisations and midwives
- Entering invoices into the internal CareFin application
- Independent enquiries and clarifications regarding invoices
- Providing telephone information
- Processing incoming mail
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or Matura (students)
- Flair for numbers
- Experience in processing invoices is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Careful, efficient and independent working style
