Department Manager: In-House Bakery

Tasks

What a delightful aroma! When you manage the In-House Bakery department, our customers experience a pleasurable fresh and shopping experience.
With great care, you produce homemade breads and pastries.
You ensure that products are constantly available for sale and that the goods on the shelves look appetising.
If customers have questions or concerns, you provide competent and friendly information.
Respect creates a pleasant atmosphere: you are aware of this when leading your team.

Thanks to your completed basic training as a baker/confectioner, you are a professional in your field.
You have experience in sales and management in a comparable role.
You already have product knowledge in the bread/bakery goods area of responsibility? That is highly valued here.
You speak German very well – both spoken and written.
You are flexible regarding working hours.
You find it easy to familiarise yourself with new systems.
