Tasks

Receiving and processing internal group support requests and fault reports from users via telephone and ticket
Supporting and forwarding ICT tickets that cannot be resolved directly to the responsible specialist departments
Supporting and informing logistics in the implementation of new functions and processes
Participating in IT projects related to logistics, including supporting specialist departments during user acceptance testing

Completed vocational training and strong IT affinity
Practical experience in logistics including IT systems such as SAP and warehouse management systems (WAMAS, WM, Dematic)
Good spoken knowledge of French and/or Italian
Category B driving licence
Willingness to work shifts, Saturdays and on-call duty
