Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH as Deputy Head of Department, Nursing Residential Groups Triemlipark 1 and 2

Tasks

• As the case-responsible key contact person, you ensure individual and person-centred care and support for the residents.
• You independently take on tasks delegated by the head of department according to your level of knowledge, such as case discussions and supporting staff in challenging situations.
• You contribute to the conceptual further development of the nursing residential groups.
• You represent the head of department during their absence.

Profile

• Solid and reflective professional experience, preferably in psychiatry or social psychiatry as well as in the care and support of elderly people with psychiatric and/or dementia-related illnesses
• Motivation for further development and desire for a role that gives you a broad insight into leadership tasks
• Completed studies as a nursing specialist HF/FH with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Enthusiasm for the concept of the nursing residential group as well as ideas and creativity to create a pleasant home for our residents
• Interest in shaping and further developing a future-oriented offer tailored to the needs of the residents

The annual salary for this position ranges between CHF 93,838 and CHF 125,386 (100%) depending on experience.

The Health Centres for the Elderly of the City of Zurich are one of the largest geriatric institutions in Switzerland. We are the leading service provider in the elderly care sector – with competence, heart, and a comprehensive range of services from a single source.

The nursing residential groups of the Health Centres for the Elderly consist of manageable shared living communities and specialise in the needs of people with dementia and people with psychiatric conditions. The nursing residential groups are located in various districts of the City of Zurich. Here you work together with between 6-10 colleagues.
