Your tasks
- Support and care of residents with a focus on palliative care
- Communication with residents, relatives, and the team
- Management of nursing documentation and creation of care plans
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team (nursing, medical service, therapists, as well as counselling and social services)
- Assuming daily responsibility
Your profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF or an equivalent with SRK recognition
- Further training in the palliative field or willingness to undertake such training
- Good German language skills, spoken and written (at least level B2)
- High social, methodological, and professional competence
- Up-to-date IT skills
- Independent and responsible working style
