Our interdisciplinary therapy team consists of around 100 employees and students. We treat patients from all inpatient departments.
Your tasks
Professional responsibility and clinical practice
Combine professional responsibility with direct physiotherapeutic treatment of patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
Ensure and further develop a high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapeutic care in outpatient and inpatient settings
Develop, implement and evaluate physiotherapeutic treatment concepts and professional standards
Support and enable employees in their professional development as well as assist in the induction of new team members
Analyse relevant key figures and derive targeted measures to improve treatment quality
Development, collaboration and research
Initiate, plan and implement projects to further develop physiotherapeutic practice
Design and conduct training sessions, workshops and professional development courses
Shape interprofessional collaboration and participate in working groups and expert committees
Initiate and accompany research projects and promote the transfer of scientific findings into clinical practice
Represent physiotherapy within the institution and network with external professionals and partner organisations

Your profile
Completed Master PT MSc
Several years of professional experience as a therapist
Multiple specialist further trainings in the field
KIS experience {Phoenix} advantageous
Communicative and integrative personality as well as reflective working style, pedagogical and advisory skills, leadership abilities and high social competence
Loyalty, resilience, assertiveness, initiative,
empathy and self-reflective ability
