Your Tasks

Case management within the framework of personal and financial assistance according to the Asylum Care Ordinance and Social Assistance Act
Psychosocial counselling of our clients with the aim of professional and social integration
Identifying problem situations and developing appropriate strategies
Record keeping in the case management system (KLIB) and case-related administration
Assertion of possible claims with social insurance and other third parties

Your Profile

University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work, preferably complemented by commercial training
Initial practical experience in statutory social assistance, ideally in the asylum sector
Enjoy working independently within a team
Decisive and resilient personality who enjoys taking responsibility and shaping processes
