Property Manager Residential Properties (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you will contribute to a medium-sized residential environment with around 550 apartments and work closely in a small, straightforward team. You take responsibility, actively get involved, and help shape the daily routine in property management. You are characterised by high motivation and initiative. You approach others openly, present yourself in a friendly manner, and find pragmatic solutions. Your authentic manner is a key contribution to a supportive and collegial working environment.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the rental of apartments and ancillary units
You organise and conduct apartment handovers and inspections
You handle tenant enquiries and complaints in a solution-oriented manner
You coordinate repair and maintenance work, especially during tenant changes
You maintain tenant files and ensure complete documentation
You prepare and process final statements for tenant move-outs
You manage tenant correspondence as well as administrative tasks within property management
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
Further training as a property management clerk is an advantage
Ideally, you bring practical experience in property management
You are IT-savvy and work precisely, reliably, and service-oriented
You have very good German language skills
