Manufacturing - Production | Sursee | 80% - 100% | from 01.05.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Accompanying, promoting and challenging people with disabilities in everyday work as a reference person
- Maintaining contact with the social environment of the employees
- Support in the training of apprentices (industrial practitioner PrA)
- Setting up workplaces as well as organizing and monitoring production processes
- Co-responsibility for smooth processes, monitoring customer orders and working in production
- Support in maintenance, servicing and repair of machines and equipment
- Participation in projects as well as in internal sports and educational offers
Your profile
- Basic EFZ training in a craft or technical field
- Further training in the field of work pedagogy or willingness to do so
- Joy and empathy in dealing with people with disabilities
- Technical affinity
- Confident German skills as well as secure handling of Microsoft 365
- Networked and structured way of thinking as well as high self-organization
- Team-oriented, resilient and responsible personality
- High flexibility and openness to new tasks and developments
