Electrician with Leadership Experience

• Independent control and monitoring of the sawing line as well as the production systems
• Coordination and leadership of the team including planning of employee deployments
• Monitoring of system performance, product quality and adherence to delivery deadlines
• Active participation in troubleshooting (electrical and mechanical), process optimisation as well as revisions and maintenance
• Support and representation of the production manager in the operational area

• Electrical or mechanical training with experience in maintenance
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are a plus
• Experienced in using MS Office and motivated to continuously further your education
• Leadership experience is an advantage
