Tasks
- Support the line management in coordinating and processing requests from cabin crew members
- Scheduling, managing, and controlling various lists
- Processing the Cabin Management mailbox
- Personal and telephone contact with internal interfaces and cabin
Crew Members
- Assistance with occasional internal events for crew members
- Management of the US VISA photo studio
- Maintenance of electronic dossiers
- General administrative tasks

Requirements
- Desired workload: A 100% workload is preferred for this position.
- Basic education / schools: High school graduate or graduate of a technical, commercial, or business school or 3-year apprenticeship (EFZ)
- Languages: Very good German & English, additional languages are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills
