About the job

In this role, you are part of a well-coordinated team that undertakes both patrol services (CH1) as well as interventions and operational support (IR3). You make a central contribution to the safety of our customers and operate in a dynamic environment.

What you can achieve:

Patrol rounds and security checks at customer sites
Responding to alarm notifications and independently carrying out interventions
Ensuring operational support during night shifts
Administrative tasks related to operational events
Situation-appropriate communication with customers and operational partners
Flexible deployment planning between patrol service (evenings/nights) and intervention service (nights)

What you bring:

Native German speaker or very good German skills in spoken and written form
Category B driving licence
Technical understanding and affinity for security-relevant systems
Physically fit and resilient
Independent, conscientious and team-oriented working style
Willingness to work varying shifts within the shift system from Monday to Sunday between 17:00 – 06:30
