Your tasks
- Diagnosis & Repair: You find the cause of defects in modern household appliances (washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, etc.) and repair them professionally on site.
- High/Low Voltage Expert: You take care of installation and troubleshooting in the area of high and low voltage installations.
- Customer Advice: You explain to customers clearly what the problem was and how they can use their device optimally – for high customer satisfaction.
- Digital Documentation: You record your service calls and spare parts orders directly via your tablet.
Your profile
- Foundation: You have completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or assembly electrician EFZ.
- Technical skill: You enjoy delving into the mechanics and electronics of household appliances.
- Know-how: You are confident in handling high and low voltage installations.
- Customer orientation: You speak fluent German, present yourself politely and professionally, and work cleanly and reliably in the privacy of our customers.
- Mobility: A category B driving licence is essential for your customer visits.
- Bonus: Experience in the field of Smart Home or customer service (service) is a great plus!
