For our location in Hägglingen / AG we are looking for a self-reliant, responsible, and proactive Teamleader Maintenance & Facility in an industrial company from January 5, 2026 or by arrangement.
Teamleader Maintenance & Facility 100% (a)
The following exciting tasks await you:
- Implementation of process-oriented maintenance to ensure the availability, reliability, and safety of the systems at all times
- Management and maintenance of the maintenance software CareOffice
- Collaboration with managers from various departments to provide technical support
- Troubleshooting technical faults (production systems, cooling and heating systems, ventilation, transformers, water equipment, and building technology)
- New installations of production systems and infrastructure
- Technical leadership of a small team / planning of deployment and activities
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance
- Compliance with internally trained GMP and cleanroom requirements
- Training staff on all changes to policies and procedures

You bring the following:
- Completed basic training as a mechanic or similar in the technical field
- Good training and experience in the maintenance area
- Proven leadership experience
- Further training in the mechanical or electrical field
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance in an industrial environment are a prerequisite
- Ideally, company electrician authorization for internal installation work (NIV Art.15) is available or willingness to obtain it
- Knowledge of maintenance software, ideally CareOffice, is an advantage
- Precise and independent working style
- Quick comprehension / willingness to learn new things
- Teamwork, reliability, and flexibility
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good MS Office skills
