We are looking to expand our team in Bad Zurzach (AG) immediately or by arrangement for a
Team Leader Outbound Goods (100%)
You lead our dynamic, new logistics team in outbound goods and coordinate smooth processes in our new warehouse in Bad Zurzach (AG). Your team can rely on your professional and personnel organization. You help build and further develop the location and act as the interface to our other departments. You are responsible for daily operations while never losing sight of the big picture.
Your tasks
- Leading and coordinating outbound goods
- Professional and personnel management of logisticians
- Personnel and resource planning
- Training new employees and instructing existing staff
- Coordination and quality assurance on site, including participation in daily operations
- Contact person for transport service providers and internal departments
- Responsibility for smooth warehouse management (including inventory)
- Building and further developing logistics infrastructure and organization
- Ensuring and maintaining safety, order, and cleanliness
- Ensuring efficient use of our warehouse management system
- Continuous optimization of internal processes and systems
- Deputy for the inbound goods team leader
What is important to us
- You already have leadership experience, an appropriate education (Logistics EFZ), and several years of professional experience in logistics
- You hold a category B driving license as well as a current forklift certificate (SUVA recognized), and operating reach trucks is second nature to you
- Thanks to your several years of professional experience, you have good MS Office skills and are familiar with warehouse management systems
- With your excellent German skills in spoken and written form, you can communicate clearly and openly
- Your personal strengths include assertiveness, a sense of responsibility, and a structured way of working
- Thanks to your hands-on mentality, you always keep an overview of the whole
- Your economic thinking helps you to suggest and implement improvements
- You bring great flexibility and commitment and remain calm even when things get hectic
