- Responsible for the proper provision and monitoring of specific environments (test, integration, and production) of security-relevant systems and applications
- Implementation and assurance of software distribution involving additional partners
- Ensuring conceptual work as well as management of technical specifications (including modification of PowerShell scripts, maintenance of application-specific metadata, provision of defined software components for local installations)
- Ensuring the web presence and adequate end-user communication of specific systems and applications
- Conducting user training (Train the Trainer), updating training materials and technical documentation

- Education or advanced vocational training in the field of computer science, alternatively career changers with comparable professional experience in ICT specialist application operation
- Solid knowledge in software and operating systems
- Good knowledge of the ITIL process landscape
- Experience with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
- Independent personality with strong communication and organizational skills
- High customer and service orientation as well as sensitivity to user needs
- Very good German skills and English skills (level B1-B2) are an advantage
- Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
