Your tasks
- Overall organizational responsibility for the theater project of the Brändi Foundation in co-leadership with the production management
- Coordination of all project processes – from planning to performance organization – in close cooperation with the production team (direction, music, and administration)
- Therapeutic-pedagogical support and promotion of actors with disabilities throughout the entire project duration
- Ensuring the well-being and integration of participants as a professional contact person in the theater context
- Central interface between the artistic direction, administration, and participants
- Active participation and support in the implementation of all production-technical and pedagogical goals
Your profile
- Experience in cultural management, ideally in organizing theater or inclusive projects
- Therapeutic-pedagogical or social-pedagogical training advantageous for targeted support of participants
- Passion for creative processes and strengthening the expressiveness of people with disabilities
- High flexibility and resilience for meaningful collaboration in a committed team
- Administrative proficiency and confident communication with different stakeholders on an equal footing
- Availability for rehearsal phases: Tuesday afternoons (Sept. 26 – April 27) and Thursday afternoons (until Aug. 27) as well as presence during the seven performances in September 2027 as the highlight
