Responsible ICT & Infrastructure (60%)

The IT department is part of the Finance & IT division and ensures the secure operation of ICT and its further development along with the associated infrastructure.
We are looking for a
Responsible ICT & Infrastructure (60%)
for the newly created position starting on November 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Your tasks
In addition to ensuring a smooth operation of the ICT infrastructure in close collaboration with external service partners, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Operation and maintenance of the ICT infrastructure at the headquarters and the 10 external locations with a total of around 75 workplaces
- User support (1st and 2nd level support)
- Creating and maintaining ICT documentation
- Maintenance of AD and administration of M365
- Personnel and technical leadership of a support employee
- Planning, further development, and implementation of the ICT strategy and security policies – including professional advice to management on these topics
- Maintaining contact with external suppliers and contract management
- Planning and managing ICT resources and budgets in close collaboration with the Finance & Information management
- Responsibility for office infrastructure and coordination of minor renovations of office spaces
Our requirements
You have a solid knowledge of M365 as a user and administrator and are characterized by high social competence and a willingness to share knowledge. In addition, you bring the following:
- IT specialist HF, BSc (Business) Informatics FH or an equivalent qualification
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style
- Appreciative, binding, and transparent behavior
- Experience with virtualized environments
- Knowledge in project management and/or IT service management is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge in the area of ICT security is an advantage
- Knowledge in the area of telephony is an advantage.
