The Etzel Retirement Centre – beautifully situated with views over Lake Zurich – is home to the residents of our 28 retirement apartments and 70 care places. We are seeking a committed individual who, together with us, provides elderly people with a loving, clean, and thoroughly cosy home.

To strengthen our domestic team, we are looking for:

Certified Domestic Specialist EFZ or Domestic Practitioner EBA

❯ Start immediately or by arrangement

Your area of responsibility

🧹 Shine & Freshness: You clean our care departments, retirement apartments, the cafeteria, the dining room, and public areas professionally and independently.
🧺 Laundry care: You carefully prepare our operational laundry as well as the personal laundry of our residents.
🛡️ Hygiene expert: You carry out interim and deep cleans and reliably adhere to our hygiene and quality standards.
🍽️ Hospitality: You support the service in the dining room and actively assist with internal events and special occasions.
🤝 Teamwork: You work closely with the various departments of our house and contribute to smooth operations.
🕰️ Commitment: You regularly take on agreed evening and weekend shifts.

What you bring with you

🎓 Qualification: A completed training as a Certified Domestic Specialist EFZ or Domestic Practitioner EBA.
❤️ Passion: Enjoyment of a varied role with direct contact with elderly people as well as a respectful, warm approach.
👁️ Eye for detail: A strong quality awareness and an excellent eye for cleanliness and order.
💪 Drive: A careful, reliable, and independent working style as well as a strong service orientation.
🤝 Team spirit: Genuine team spirit and a high sense of responsibility.
🕰️ Flexibility: Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts.
🗣️ Communication: Good oral and written German skills as well as understanding of Swiss German.

❯ Professional experience in healthcare or long-term care is an advantage but not a requirement.
