Your tasks
- On site, you are an empathetic and professional contact person for all matters concerning good hearing
- You enhance your customers’ quality of life by deriving needs-based recommendations from their individual requirements and respective hearing loss, thus ensuring good hearing
- You support your branch management in ensuring economic success
- You help us jointly establish our Hearing Implant Centre in cooperation with clinics
- After qualifying with the hearing implant manufacturer or following intensive training, you independently carry out the hearing implant service. This includes all activities of technical aftercare (spare parts and repair service, accessory advice, fine-tuning and upgrades of sound processors)
Your profile
- A completed training as a hearing acoustician
- Ideally experience in the field of hearing implant systems (cochlear implants, bone conduction and middle ear implant systems) or interest in further training as a hearing implant specialist
- Practical experience in hearing acoustics
- Passion for your profession and your customers
- Desire for continuous development
- Open demeanour and empathy
