Qualifications and Characteristics
- Completed technical basic training in an industrial environment (plant operator, mechanic, electrician, or similar) or at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar work environment
- Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form (level C1)
- Manual dexterity and quick comprehension when learning new tasks and processes
- Motivation for continuous improvement of daily work to drive product and process optimisations
- Enjoyment of teamwork as well as high reliability and flexibility for 2-shift operation
- Valid driving licence
About the Job
As a plant operator, you will take responsibility for the production of semi-finished and finished products according to the production plan – adhering to all production specifications and quality standards. You operate and monitor the production equipment and also manufacture customer-specific products according to individual requirements. At the same time, you ensure a smooth material flow within production. Your tasks also include standardised cleaning and maintenance work on the equipment as well as supporting the maintenance team with upkeep tasks. Orderliness, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations in the production environment are a matter of course for you. You work according to clearly defined methods and principles and continuously participate in improving your daily workflows. With your eye for optimisation potential, you actively contribute to the further development of our processes and equipment, thereby helping to increase productivity.What We Offer You
