The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognised institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.
With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional expertise with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or MPA with Further Training (m/f/d), 60%
At our Baden location, we are establishing a day clinic, trauma-specific treatment service. For this, we are looking for several Dipl. Nursing Specialists HF/FH or MPA starting 01.01.2027 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Medical and nursing care of our patients (excluding basic care)
- Leading trauma-specific group therapies
- Primary nursing within the framework of trauma-focused treatments
- Participation in interdisciplinary reports, ward rounds, team meetings, therapy planning and site discussions
- Contributing to the implementation and further development of nursing standards and the therapy concept
- Taking on areas of responsibility within nursing
Your profile
- Qualification as Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (AKP, DNII, PsyKP) or MPA
- Professional experience in the psychiatric field
- Professional experience in the trauma field is an advantage and/or strong motivation to pursue further training in this area
- Flexibility, integrity, composure and patience
- Open, motivated, responsible, resilient and team-oriented personality
- We expect an attitude characterised by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients
