Your Key Tasks
Control, organize and monitor of the entire Transport (Pick up until delivery of the shipment) / Invoicing
Active communication towards customer, DSV offices / Agents, sales, subcontractor and carriers
Accepting customer orders, review of all shipment and order relevant data and documents and recording these orders.
Monitoring Job Costing/Profitability
Processing of vendor invoices according to the instructions of the Senior Team Lead and valid Working Instructions
Working and resolving operational problems and issues. Escalation management according to matrix specifications
Quality responsibility, follow and respecting the specified process and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure)
Skills & Competencies
Functional know-how in Air Freight
Experience in an international environment
Team player
Good communication
Customer focus (monitors customer expectations continuously and is willing to adapt own activities/procedures)
Planning & Organizing (Ability to prioritize, plan, assign & control)
Time management (monitoring performance against deadlines and milestones)
Knowledge and trained on Good Distribution Practice Concepts and applicable SOPs
Educational
Commercial apprenticeship
Relevant working experience
Language Skills
Fluent in English and French
