Team Leader Cleaning & Housekeeping 60%
Are you looking for a varied role with leadership responsibilities in the cleaning/housekeeping sector?
We offer a position from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement at our Wittigkofen site with around 88 beds as
- Leadership and further development of the cleaning & housekeeping team with 12 employees (including 1 apprentice)
- Responsible for compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations
- Planning and implementation of cleaning, laundry supply, and internal transport tasks
- Collaboration with other departments
- Practical work as needed
- Optimisation of cleaning processes
- Recruitment of new employees including training and induction
- Participation in projects and events
- Interest in working in a long-term care institution
- Department management in Facility Management HF, department management in hotel housekeeping EFA, or equivalent
- Professional and leadership experience in a similar role
- Good PC user skills (MS Office, PEP deployment planning, soobr cleaning tool)
- Planning and coordination talent
- Independent, flexible, and team-oriented personality with a strong service orientation, high quality awareness, and understanding of operational contexts
- Varied and exciting role in a well-coordinated and motivated team
- Careful and individual induction, standardised work processes
