We are looking for a Process Supervisor Pipe Processing (m/f/d) to complement our team and ensure the stability, quality, and continuous development of our manufacturing processes. In this role, you will make an important contribution to efficient production and support our team in achieving the highest quality standards every day.

What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- Ensure the technical support of up to 20 employees in the team.
- Analyse faults on equipment and resolve disruptions sustainably.
- Further develop and optimise process flows using Lean, Kaizen, and TPM methods.
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions for employees.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects and drive improvement measures.
- Contribute to a stable and efficient production process in a two-shift operation.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Have a technical basic education as well as further training as a technician (technical school or university of applied sciences) or a comparable qualification.
- Bring experience in quality management.
- Possess good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP.
- Communicate very confidently in German, both spoken and written, and ideally have English skills.
- Convince with your communication skills and enjoy working with different people.
- Work in an organised, flexible, and independent manner and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment.
