To strengthen our team in the HR area, we are looking immediately at the Basel headquarters for a motivated and committed HR Specialist (m/f/d), 100%.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the independent processing of HR tickets.
- You develop measures from the HR KPIs and pension fund hourly wage list for the HR Business Partner.
- You handle complex written matters (work requests, meeting notes, immediate dismissals, etc.).
- You prepare and send the PKP and record the planned measures in SAP / PKP.
- You are responsible for tasks related to Youngstars (searching for trainers, contact with the vocational training office).
- You accompany and support the line in the implementation of HR processes.
- You use the available tools and support the HR BP and the line in the talent process.
- You assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and workshops (health days, HRO Factory, etc.).
Your profile
- You have a university degree or higher professional training in the HR field.
- You have already gained 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in HR.
- You are interested in business contexts and demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking.
- Your social skills are highly developed, and you communicate convincingly and fluently.
- You work independently and solution-oriented.
- You speak fluent German. If you also have French skills, that is an advantage.
