Strengthening a well-established team
The Nest office in Geneva is firmly established to represent the Zurich-based Collective Foundation throughout French-speaking Switzerland. It currently consists of two people who advise companies and our partners in French. For Nest, French-speaking Switzerland is a fully-fledged and growing market. Our team is expanding from two to three. Therefore, we are looking for a person rooted in the region, sociable, reliable and ready to take on responsibilities within a well-rehearsed small team. The person will report directly to the manager for French-speaking Switzerland.

Your mission
You are the first point of contact for our partners and interested parties in French-speaking Switzerland – and much more. You advise, accompany and actively develop relationships. You appreciate the variety of tasks, both externally and internally.
In practice, this means
- 🤝 You advise intermediaries and interested companies on occupational pension matters and pension plans. You enjoy personal exchanges with our clients and like being out in the field.
- 📋 You prepare offers and handle affiliation documents carefully and meticulously.
- 📞 You are the first telephone contact – reliable, competent, personable.
- 🗺️ You contribute to maintaining and expanding our network throughout French-speaking Switzerland.
- 👥 You work closely with the Geneva team, take on replacement tasks and relieve the team.
- 💡 You bring your own ideas – for processes, market presence and the development of our Geneva office.
- 🎓 You support the manager in planning training, seminars and client events (pension seminars, broker events, webinars).
🎯 Your skills
Requirements:
- Commercial training or a professional baccalaureate, ideally with further training in the field of LPP, insurance or financial services
- At least three years of professional experience in the field of LPP, with a broker, insurer or financial services provider
- Good knowledge of French-speaking Switzerland
- French as mother tongue, as well as the ability to communicate in German with the Zurich team and understand internal documents – minimum B1.
- Comfortable with Excel and the entire Office 365 suite
- You organise your work independently, in a structured way and set priorities with the team
- Sociable, you enjoy networking and like to go out and maintain long-term relationships
- You want to work within a small team offering short communication channels and mutual support
