- Language skills: Very good German and English skills are a must. Additional foreign language skills are an advantage and emphasize your internationality.
- Solid expertise: You have excellent knowledge of menu and wine, are also familiar with cheese variations, and love to bring your expertise into guest communication.
- Experience in table service: Carving, filleting, flambéing – you master these techniques and know how to make the service to the guest a special experience.
- Well-groomed appearance: A professional and neat appearance is a matter of course for you, as you are the face of our service area.

- Exclusive guest care: You are the central contact person for our guests and pamper them with first-class, warm service. From greeting to farewell, you create unforgettable moments and ensure that guests lack nothing.
- Managing a service station: The responsibility for your own service station lies entirely with you. With your organizational talent and experience, you guarantee a smooth process and thus create the perfect foundation for first-class service.
- Perfect preparation (Mise-en-place): A flawless workplace is a matter of course for you. You ensure that everything is prepared down to the smallest detail before the first guests arrive.
- Wine and food advice: With your comprehensive menu and wine knowledge, you impress our guests and lead them to culinary highlights. You recommend the perfect wine for every dish and always strive to fulfill every wish.
- Preparation at the table: You master the art of serving at the table: whether carving a roast or flambéing a dessert – you make every meal an experience and amaze with your precision and showmanship.
- Maintenance of the cash register system (TCPOS): Working with our modern cash register system comes easily to you. You handle bookings routinely and carefully perform the daily accounting.
- Coordination and training: You work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a harmonious process. In addition, you are a mentor for new colleagues and share your knowledge and expertise.
