Together and with great passion, we at OdA Gesundheit Zürich are committed to a strong future for healthcare. We are the contact point and active shapers in educational policy matters and are strongly engaged in promoting young talent. At our course centre in Zürich-Greencity, we offer inter-company courses for health professions and run the Higher Technical School for Intensive, Emergency and Anaesthesia Care.

How you will contribute

• As a member of the management team, you lead the motivated teams of course administration, planning and organisation, logistics, and ICT/media education, and you advocate daily for our vibrant culture and close team cohesion.
• You are responsible for the personnel, professional, financial, and organisational management and development of the departments.
• You ensure the processes within the course centre regarding the implementation of inter-company courses and the higher technical school, taking into account the interfaces of the educational products, and have a strong service orientation.
• You maintain good contact with the stakeholders of OdA Gesundheit Zürich and act as a bridge-builder.
• You plan, organise, and coordinate complex projects.

What you bring

• You have a commercial basic education and hold a diploma from a Higher Technical School (HF), e.g. in business administration.
• You have several years of proven performance in a leadership position, ideally with further training.
• You are characterised by a cooperative and appreciative leadership style.
• You are an honest, resilient, and solution-oriented leader with strong social skills. Your working style is strategic, structured, and forward-looking with high personal responsibility and reliability.
• You have an understanding of support and service processes.
• You have knowledge in digitalisation and organisational development.
• You have experience in process and quality management.
• You think entrepreneurially, recognise connections in the big picture, and make decisions based on sound analyses, critical reflection, and a clear visionary direction.
• With your convincing and authentic communication, you know how to win people over for common goals, effectively shape change, and resolve conflicts empathetically, constructively, and sustainably even in demanding situations.
