ICT System Administrator 80-100% (m/f/d)
Available immediately or by arrangement.
As an ICT System Administrator, you ensure that everything runs smoothly for us – from the helpdesk to the toolchain. You get involved, automate, optimize, and together with the team, take our IT to the next level.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the operation of the internal IT support organization and the service desk of Comfone AG
- You lead the management and on-site support of Comfone's client and office applications, user accounts, and general IT equipment and workplaces
- You are interested in automating IT processes and systems and operating our infrastructure with high quality
- You keep track of IT developments and propose new solutions for Comfone
- Together with a highly motivated team, you manage and further develop Comfone's toolchain: Microsoft365 Suite, Intune, Windows 11 laptops, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), Datadog, and more
- You are responsible for the smooth operation of our helpdesk: receiving, documenting, analyzing, and processing incident reports until forwarding and escalation
- You manage our storage rooms and keep the inventory up to date
- You support and train employees on IT-related topics and create instructions
Your Ideal Profile
- You have good knowledge in the areas of ICT system administration (Windows, O365, Atlassian, service desk, user management, system security, automation, …)
- You are willing to familiarize yourself with new technologies and topics
- You have strong skills in work and project planning to ensure that tasks are completed on time and efficiently
- You are characterized by a structured approach and have a strong interest in creatively solving technical or organizational problems
- You are dynamic, reliable, and proactive, and your passion for your work shines through to your team and colleagues
- You feel comfortable in an international environment and have the ability to successfully collaborate with customers, colleagues, and experts from different cultures
- You have excellent communication skills and good English proficiency in spoken and written form
