Team Leader Fiduciary (m/f/d) 100%

What you will achieve

• Professional and personnel management of a committed fiduciary team
• Promotion and development of employees
• Care and further development of a demanding client portfolio
• Individual, customer-oriented advice on financial, business management and tax law issues
• Maintenance and expansion of your regional network as well as acquisition of new mandates
• Ensuring high consulting quality and further development of the Schwyz location with your team
• And that’s not all… Your willingness to shape is in demand with us

What makes you successful

• You hold the Fiduciary Expert diploma or have sound knowledge in the areas of finance and accounting, taxes and business consulting with many years of professional and leadership experience
• You recognise the needs of customers, see the connections and possibilities behind the figures and can quickly familiarise yourself with new issues
• You have a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of initiative and value sustainable business relationships, convincing our customers both professionally and personally
• You have a differentiated oral and written command of German and good English skills
