Your Tasks
- Comprehensive, needs- and life-phase-oriented advice for private customers in the areas of saving, investing, pension provision and basic products
- Identifying customer needs and exploiting potential through active and solution-oriented advice
- Care and further development of the team-managed customer portfolio through regular and proactive customer contact
- Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships
- Realisation of sales opportunities and referral of customers to internal specialists
- Support in initial consultations and extensions in the area of home financing in cooperation with experts
- Participation in market development campaigns, customer events and follow-up activities
- Ensuring high-quality advice in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
- Close cooperation with team colleagues and cross-departmental units within the bank
Our Requirements
- Completed commercial basic training, banking apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in customer advice, preferably in the private customer business of a bank
- Good knowledge or strong interest in the areas of investing, pension provision and financing
- Enjoyment of comprehensive customer advice and active sales of financial services
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as a winning and professional appearance
- High sales and closing orientation as well as the ability to recognise and develop customer potential
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Team-oriented, committed and resilient personality with a high willingness to learn
- Confident German language skills as well as good English skills; further language skills are an advantage
- Confident handling of digital tools and modern advisory tools
