Carpenter specialising in CNC technology and furniture making
Tasks
- Operate CNC machines for cutting in the workshop
- Manufacture customised furniture pieces such as cabinets, tables, doors, and beds
- Select and process wood materials as well as fittings
- Professionally finish wooden parts, including refurbishment and restoration
- Build wooden terraces and garden furniture with precision
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a carpenter with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Experience operating CNC machines for wood processing
- Confident handling of various wood materials and fittings
- Knowledge of restoration and finishing of wooden furniture
- Ability to implement customised bespoke manufacturing
