«Zäme witercho» - At Zentrum Schlossmatt, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care centre specialises in the complex care of people with multiple impairments, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, our roof also houses a day centre, a daycare centre, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.Your tasks
- Responsibility for leading and further developing the nursing team of a double department of around 30 employees, including leading team meetings and participating in handovers
- Planning and organisation to ensure smooth departmental operations
- Responsibility for daily operations as well as taking on daily and/or house responsibility
- Implementation and active shaping of the care process for residents with medium to severe care needs, including primary nursing
- Execution and coordination of treatment care as well as professional implementation of medical-technical tasks
- Professional execution of nursing measures and documentation with electronic systems (CareCoach)
- Evaluation and optimisation of care processes, e.g. in the role of RAI coordinator or RAI supervisor
- Promotion of interdisciplinary exchange and participation in specialist committees and projects
You bring with you
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent qualification
- Experience in long-term care and care of people with dementia
- Several years of leadership experience advantageous
- Interest in the further development of long-term care topics
- RAI knowledge or willingness to undertake further training in this area
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration in a dynamic environment
- Team spirit, openness, and high social and professional competence
