Amcor Flexibles Rorschach AG is a company of Amcor Limited, one of the world’s largest suppliers of responsible packaging solutions. With around 300 employees, we refine aluminium foils and other materials into recyclable packaging materials. We are looking for a Maintenance Planner (m/f/d) to join our team in the Engineering & Maintenance department immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You plan, control and coordinate planned maintenance and servicing activities.
• You maintain and optimise plant and maintenance master data as well as maintenance plans and orders in SAP PM and ensure the quality of the relevant system data.
• You prepare evaluations and monthly reports, analyse maintenance costs and support the further development of our maintenance strategy and processes.
• You coordinate material and spare parts requirements, support procurement and monitor delivery dates as well as the associated documentation.
• You accompany technical maintenance and optimisation projects.
• You participate in internal and external audits and act as deputy in local spare parts purchasing.
• You act as a central interface between engineering, maintenance, purchasing and external suppliers, ensuring smooth information flow.

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in maintenance, maintenance planning or a comparable technical environment, ideally in a manufacturing company
• Completed technical training with appropriate further education (e.g. maintenance specialist, mechanical engineering technician HF)
• Solid experience with SAP PM; knowledge of SAP MMI is an advantage
• Strong technical understanding as well as experience in planning and coordinating maintenance and servicing activities
• Analytical and structured working style as well as enthusiasm for data, processes and their continuous optimisation
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various internal and external contacts
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; good English skills are an advantage
