Medical Device Assembler

Your tasks:

• Assembly of modules and devices according to instructions
• GxP-compliant documentation of assembly and testing activities
• Inspection of assembled products according to instructions (paper) and/or electronic
  documentation
• Identifying and documenting deviations
• Rectifying deviations according to work instructions or forwarding to specialists
• Meeting the production plan according to team leader specifications
• Continuous optimisation of workflow to improve quality and efficiency (CIP)
• Ensuring the production of high-quality products and compliance with
  regulatory requirements
• Supporting team leaders with administrative tasks (e.g. equipment management)

Your profile:

• Completed basic training as a polymechanic EFZ, automation technician, electrical assembler, mechatronics technician, electrician with a focus on assembly
• Basic knowledge and enthusiasm for electrical and automation technology
• Ability to read technical schematics, understand processes, and affinity for IT
• Solid expertise and practical experience in mechanical engineering
• Excellent German language skills are required
• Confident demeanour and understanding of technical processes
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Experience in the medical field is desirable
