About the job
Your Tasks
You ensure a high-quality and holistic care and nursing standard for our residents and manage the most diverse everyday situations with your modern understanding of care. You are jointly responsible for the design and implementation of care processes. With respect and mindfulness, you respond to their individual needs and wishes. You ensure the electronic care documentation and the application of the RAI system regarding care standards.
You support your colleagues in challenging situations. You maintain professional and empathetic contacts with relatives and trusted persons.
Your development is important to us: We support you according to your interests in topics such as Palliative Care, Wound Management, Ethics, RAI:LTCF, etc., which you can apply in everyday life.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS), education at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, etc.)
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage but not a requirement
- Open and constructive personality, responsible and committed work with residents, flexibility, empathetic interaction in everyday life
