Your new tasks

• You support the sales team in creating, calculating, and adjusting offers and accompany the follow-up as well as communication with customers
• In this context, you support sales in new projects and tenders in the Zurich and Eastern Switzerland region
• Additionally, you maintain technical sales documents, create presentations, and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accessible
• You manage customer data, contract information, and opportunities in the customer relationship management system (CRM) and support the optimisation of internal sales processes

Your talents and experience

• You are enrolled at a university of applied sciences or university in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, business administration, or a comparable course of study and are interested in a multi-year part-time job alongside your studies
• You have a quick grasp of new applications, platforms, and functionalities
• You have an interest in digitalisation topics, AI tools, cloud, and information technologies
• You possess good analytical skills and work in a structured and independent manner
• You are characterised by flexibility, initiative, team and communication skills, as well as quality orientation
• Very good German skills (C2) as well as English skills in spoken and written form complete your profile
