Pension Fund Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 110,000Role:

Responsibilities:
Independent handling of diverse pension cases within an autonomous pension fund - from changes to complex benefit cases
Processing entries and exits, salary changes, purchases, early withdrawals from the pension fund, and divorces, as well as support for retirements, death, and disability cases
Ensuring correct contribution and benefit calculations, pension payments, and contribution collection
Professional and administrative responsibility for a demanding mandate and central contact person for the insured persons supported
Responding to individual enquiries and advising insured persons via various communication channels
Collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders as well as active participation in projects and specialist groups
Qualifications:
Commercial training with further education in occupational benefits, ideally a federal specialist certificate or an equivalent qualification
Several years of practical experience in the field of occupational benefits
High accuracy, personal responsibility, and a structured way of working
Strong communication and advisory skills in dealing with different stakeholders
Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written
