Deputy Head of Manufacturing Department (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Ensuring efficient and trouble-free production operations in the stamping department
• Supporting the department head in leading, planning, and further developing a department with over 100 employees
• Coordinating and monitoring order processing as well as production control
• Optimising the deployment of personnel and equipment to achieve production targets
• Leading optimisation projects and actively shaping cross-departmental processes
• Taking responsibility for your own leadership and task area

Your Profile

• Technical training with several years of professional experience
• Completed or ongoing further education in the technical field (HF/FH)
• Leadership and production experience
• Very good communication and expression skills in the German language
• Strong assertiveness and high degree of independence
