IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You provide 1st-level support for clients, end devices, and IT workplaces on site
You independently analyse and resolve hardware and software faults
You install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
You document support cases and escalate complex faults to the 2nd-level support
You manage the ICT warehouse and assist with rollouts and IT projects
Qualifications:
You have a qualification as an ICT specialist EFZ, ICT technician or a comparable qualification
You bring solid experience in ICT support and good knowledge of IT infrastructures and clients
You are customer-oriented and enjoy direct user contact
You work communicatively, team-oriented, resilient, and professionally
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
