We are looking for an experienced Demand Planner to support regional demand planning activities across EMEA during a temporary assignment. The role focuses on short- to mid-term forecasting, cross-functional coordination and ensuring demand visibility to support supply decisions.

Our client is an international organisation operating in a complex, multi-country environment, with established supply chain and planning processes across the EMEA region.
Description
- Manage and consolidate demand forecasts at regional level
- Lead the monthly demand planning cycle in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance
- Analyse forecast accuracy, bias and demand variances
- Challenge country inputs and ensure data consistency
- Provide demand insights to support S&OP discussions
- Support allocation and prioritisation in case of supply constraints
- Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and tools
Profile
- Previous experience in Demand Planning within an international environment
- Good understanding of S&OP and forecasting principles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
- Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP or planning tools experience is a plus
- Fluent in English
