Job Description
As a senior electrician, you work independently and are responsible for various construction sites in new build and shell construction. You will lead and coordinate a small team of up to 5 employees. You operate autonomously and handle assignments from order receipt through execution to billing independently, enjoying great trust in your daily work, including the independent planning of your tasks in consultation with your future managing director. You are the contact person for the company’s secondary branches and are responsible for the allocation of external specialists.We expect
- Training as an Electrician EFZ or equivalent
- The willingness to take on responsibility
- Strong assertiveness as well as diplomatic negotiation skills
- Good manners
- Independent working style
- High personal responsibility and self-motivation
- Category B driving licence
- Leadership qualities for a small team
- Several years of professional experience are an advantage
