CNC Bending Mechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Capturing and preparing bending data of customer-specific pipelines using 3D measuring machines or CAD construction drawings

• Data acquisition, programming and setting up CNC bending machines

• Manufacturing various pipelines according to customer orders

• Machine and tool maintenance, determination of empirical values and characteristic curves for optimising process workflows

• Flexible support in other areas and shared responsibility for cleanliness and order in the work area

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical basic training, ideally as a polymechanic, production mechanic or in a comparable profession

• Knowledge of CNC programming or willingness to acquire it quickly

• Experience in bending technology or forming is an advantage

• Practical experience in operating and setting up machines in an industrial environment

• Independent, precise and reliable working style
