Chief Metalwork Fitter 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires an experienced Chief Metalwork Fitter who independently manages installation projects and leads a small team of 2 to 3 people.

In this position, you take on a key role between production and project management:

• You plan and coordinate all workflows on the construction sites

• You actively assist with the installation and work as part of the team

• You ensure that projects are completed on time and to first-class quality

• You oversee complex metalwork projects made of steel, aluminium and stainless steel from start to final installation

In doing so, you benefit from flat hierarchies, direct communication channels and a high degree of creative freedom.

What do I need to be successful?

To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a metalworker or comparable qualification

• Several years of practical installation experience, ideally 5 years or more

• Proven leadership experience and strong organisational skills

• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style

• Resilience, flexibility and strong team spirit

• Valid driving licence category B
