Customer Support Advisor
Your missions
- Advise clients in basic services such as payment transactions, savings, investments, and pension plans
- Participate in the development of the private client portfolio
- Respond to all spontaneous client requests
- Support clients with digital banking solutions
- Participate in internal controls and inventories
- Perform various administrative tasks related to the role
Your profile
- Commercial employee diploma (CFC), ideally in a banking environment
- First experience in a client-facing role is required
- Native French speaker, demonstrating skills in German and/or English (minimum B1)
- Driver's license and vehicle available (in case of replacement at another site)
